Right now there is a great need for new, digital products and services that can strengthen people's health and well-being. In a very difficult situation, we need to harness and support the innovative power of business.
What
We are looking for both new ideas that can be developed and existing products and services that can be adjusted and applied in new ways. It can be about digital tools that break isolation, create new social safety nets or in other ways strengthen us humans.

For who
Support can only be given to legal entities and sole traders, to receive support you need an organization number.
that's how it goes
Main criteria that your idea must meet:
- Be a digital product or service in health or welfare
- Be a scalable solution with the potential to become commercially sustainable
- Contribute to one or more of the global goals for sustainable development in Agenda 2030
We like to see solutions that can quickly reach the market.
Examples of support you can receive:
- User-driven prototyping based on needs and ideas
- Development to finished service based on prototype
- Further development of existing service for expansion/alternative areas of use
- Development of business model for commercialization
Allocation and Scope:
Decisions on support are made by an innovation council consisting of representatives from Compare, Region Värmland, Karlstad Municipality, Karlstad University and Almi.
The support consists of services where the extent will depend on how well you meet the criteria, the potential of the solution and competition with other applicants. The total sum of two million kroner is distributed between the applications that come in and are approved. Assessments are made continuously.
