Within many organizations, the digital workplace is primarily used for one-way communication. Dialogue takes place through physical meetings, despite the fact that many have access to the technology required for well-functioning two-way communication.
One example is companies in the metal industry, which in many cases already have Office 365 licenses, without making use of the opportunities available in terms of management systems, document management, customer portals and collaboration areas.
With better structure and order, companies can take advantage of the platform's advantages without costing the shirt.
