The fact that AI is one of the hottest areas right now has probably not escaped anyone interested in the opportunities and threats within the digital world. In a step towards future-proofing Värmland's organizations, Compare and the Swedish AI Academy invite you to an AI training for operational leaders.
The training aims to teach you to understand and work with artificial intelligence from a leadership and business perspective. Throughout the training, theory is interspersed with concrete examples, industry experiences and practical exercises. After the training, you have developed a ready-made AI concept that gives your organization good conditions for kick-starting the implementation of AI. Through the training, you also gain access to a strong network of other leaders with an AI focus.
SCOPE OF TRAINING
The training is spread over three full days. Between the occasions there is self-study and preparation for the upcoming occasion, this is estimated to take about 2-4 hours per week.
After the training:
- Can you apply your AI knowledge to your strategy work and identify areas to focus on.
- Do you have the tools to really get started and initiate the implementation of AI in your business.
- Do you have the skills needed to participate in your organization's future development.
