How can Artificial Intelligence be used to create new business and develop your business? At the year's last Compare lunch and Be digital workshop, we get a visit from Jenny Hammarberg, CEO of the innovation company Eicorn and one of the initiators of the Swedish AI Academy.
The fact that AI was one of the hottest areas in 2019 has probably not escaped anyone interested in the opportunities and threats within the digital world. It has also been a focus area during this year's Compare lunches. At the last lunch of the year, we want to take it one step further and have therefore invited Jenny Hammarberg, CEO of the innovation company Eicorn and one of the initiators of the Swedish AI Academy - an education for leaders and managers in AI and business benefits.
We get an introduction to the benefits of AI from a business perspective. Jenny takes us through questions such as; How can AI play a key role in companies' innovation work? How can AI change interaction with customers and employees or improve operational processes?
We get an introduction to what AI is today, and what it is not, before diving into how the technology can change business models and create new insights. In conclusion, we get concrete tips on the way to start experimenting with AI. How to choose the right project, what the most common traps are and how the organization can prepare.
OPEN WORKSHOP WITH THE BE DIGITAL NETWORK AGAIN
After lunch, we have the third meeting and workshop of the autumn with the Be Digital network, which is voluntary for those who want to immerse themselves together with Jenny. Here we bring our new insights into our own operations. What does our newfound knowledge mean and how can we use it to develop our own organization? The workshop is open to everyone.
