The lack of competence in the tech sector is a critical issue for growth. At the same time, there is a growing, regional startup scene that also attracts entrepreneurs without a background in tech.
In this TechWalk you will meet Stefan Skoglund, responsible for DigitalWell Arena Innovation Support and co-founder of DigitalWell Ventures, Carolinn Arneng, operations manager at Drivhuset Karlstad and Josefin Danielsson, business developer at Drivhuset Karlstad. Together, they provide a picture of the digital innovation power that is sprouting in the region. What needs exist - and what opportunities are offered.
DigitalWell Innovationssupport has, in the past year and a half, supported more than 50 entrepreneurs with ideas for new digital health and welfare services. Drivhuset Karlstad sees a similar development also in completely different industries. So-called "Walk and Talks", or walking meetings, have become a popular way to move more during the working day, and at the same time bring about more efficient and creative meetings. It means both fresh air and movement, and it stimulates new thoughts and ideas that might not arise otherwise. That's exactly what the purpose of our TechWalks is - that you get a new idea or food for thought about the latest trends in tech. You of course choose the place for your TechWalks yourself, as they are completely digital. The time is 12.30-13.00, so you have time to eat your lunch in peace and quiet before we start. No registration is required.
