THEME: Healthy ageing
For the second time, a number of different actors are gathered for talks on a current topic. On August 26, the focus is on healthy ageing. Participate on site at the Elite Stadshotellet Karlstad or digitally.
During the conversation, participants from the public sector, business and research share insights, challenges and needs. The aim is to gather experience and inspire new ways of working and methods.
All the good habits we have managed to acquire throughout life favor healthy ageing. Among other things, we will hear Charlotte Baccman from Karlstad University talk about her research with Friskvården in Värmland and how we can support healthy behavioral changes with the help of SMS coaching.
Anna Beata Brunzell, head of public health in Region Värmland, also participates with a presentation on how we can all be involved in creating equal and good health in Värmland, based on Värmland's public health strategic plan.
After the program there is an opportunity to network with speakers and participants on site.
A panel discussion between Jenny Thalin from Compare, Region Värmland's Ida Lundblad, Håkan Spjuth from Karlstad University and Årjäng's municipal manager Birgitta Evensson will also take place.
The meeting is arranged in collaboration between DigitalWell Arena, Region Värmland and Karlstad University.
