How can meditation in Virtual Reality help reduce stress in working life? Stress-related mental illness is the dominant cause of sickness absence in Sweden. According to a report from Försäkringskassan, stress-related sick leave accounted for over 40 percent of all ongoing sickness cases during the first quarter of 2020.
During this open innovation forum, Flow's founder Tristan Elisabeth Gribbin offers an introduction to their digital meditation service in VR for businesses. The strength is accessibility, because you don't even have to leave the office to completely change the environment and mood.
