How can meditation in Virtual Reality help reduce stress in working life? Join us for an open Innovation Forum on November 11 at 8.30-9.30am with the Icelandic company Flow, whose VR service offers a meditative break during the working day - with a view of fantastic environments. A digital meeting for everyone who is interested in how we can reduce stress at work and create a better balance in life and our companies.

Stress-related mental illness is the dominant cause of sickness absence in Sweden. According to a report from Försäkringskassan, stress-related sick leave accounted for over 40 percent of all ongoing sickness cases during the first quarter of 2020.

During this open innovation forum, Flow's founder Tristan Elisabeth Gribbin offers an introduction to their digital meditation service in VR for businesses. The strength is accessibility, because you don't even have to leave the office to completely change the environment and mood.

    It concerns, among other things:

    • How you stop the feeling of stress before it starts, reformulates your approach to stress and reduces its negative effects.
    • How you sharpen your focus, escape distractions to reach new levels of productivity.
    • How to create stronger, healthier and more satisfying relationships with your co-workers and other people around you.
    • There will also be a short, digital yoga session and information on how companies can subscribe to the service, where VR headsets are also included as part of the overall solution.

The innovation forum is organized by DigitalWell Ventures together with Flow. You connect to the meeting in Zoom directly here.
