The central point of departure for the conference is the user. Our idea is that businesses develop based on the user's needs and life situation.
The congress aims to make visible the content of research and the competence of the business world in supporting the public sector with new ways of working where all parties are strengthened and that a platform for cooperation is created. The conference also aims to develop cooperation between regions and stakeholders to create better conditions for sharing knowledge and service design development between different organizations.
