The development in society is moving more and more towards a "human-centered" holistic view where all parties agree on the needs of the individual in his various stages of life. This ambition also characterizes care, but we have a number of inhibiting factors that limit the collective ability for user-driven development.
A fundamental prerequisite that must be solved is that processes and the flow of information between the actors involved are streamlined and adapted so that it follows the individual across different lines of responsibility. We know many of the legal and organizational obstacles. What can we do already today to speed up the pace of getting to a situation with good conditions for the development of solutions that put the resident at the center?
