In a time where everything goes faster than ever before, it feels important for us at Effect Management to be involved in putting cooperation, growth and health in focus and look forward to a healthier Värmland together with DigitalWell Arena.
About half of Effect's client assignments are for actors in the public sector. The nature of the assignments can be strategic support, investigations, development of management work and development of active employees. A large part of the assignments are within the health & medical care sector. Through these assignments, we have seen up close the challenges that health care has today.
Just like in our own business, we believe in co-creating and value-creating solutions to actual needs. Doing things together creates value. Within the framework of the DigitalWell Arena, the goal is to participate and contribute to the sustainable health sector of the future by supporting both public organizations, academia and private actors in a renewed and improved way of working in the interface with different stakeholder groups and to create arenas for collaboration and development/implementation power for innovations.
Effect has many experienced and established consultants with long experience from leading positions in the public sector. We also have many years of experience in working with collaborative projects between academia, the public and private sectors. We are active in several development projects within academia with a strong connection to effectiveness, and have a large network in cutting-edge research.
We at Effect look forward to contributing with our competence and experience as an advisory actor, to facilitate and support the implementation of innovation initiatives as well as to work with new working methods, employee and leadership perspectives on innovation in the health sector.
