Purpose of the closing phase
The final and final phase marks the end of the test and the summation of the test results in a final report for dissemination.
Documentation and reporting
Final report
The purpose of the final report is to collect, compile and analyze the results of the test as a whole. The final report must be descriptive and able to give the reader an understanding of the purpose and implementation of the test, regardless of whether he participated in the test or not.
The final report is based on the project plan. The documentation that took place during the implementation phase forms the basis for the final report and it is therefore important to start shaping the final report already during the implementation phase when you have it relevant.
By agreement, the final report becomes a public document.
Dissemination of test results
A test is an experiment that, based on the context, contributes to learning. That learning needs to be used to spread lessons both within the own organization and to others.

Roles and responsibilities
Follow-up of participants
In order to create a learning and developing culture, it is valuable to give the participants the opportunity to evaluate what it has been like to participate in the project. Easily create a digital survey that is sent out before the last steering group meeting to the participants.
Questions of interest to evaluate may be:
- Have you received the information you needed to be able to participate and make decisions based on your role in the test project?
- Has the framework – document templates and checklist, included in Test in a real environment been useful to you based on your role in the project?
- Has the status reporting (total x items) made you feel informed and confident in your decisions based on your role in the project?
- Can you recommend others to participate in, or conduct Tests in a real environment of a service or product?
- Do you have reflections or tips that could make Test in a real environment better? Describe.
Finished
The test is finished when:
When the test project is finished, it is the project owner's responsibility to take care of the final report on behalf of the business. The same applies to the lessons and experiences that have been documented. The project owner then evaluates whether and how the business proceeds. A new in-depth test project, a procurement or a conscious choice not to proceed with the service? On behalf of the company, it is the responsibility of the company management to take care of the final report and its results.
