DigitalWell Innovation Support supports companies and entrepreneurs who have innovative ideas with the potential to be scaled up to solve important needs in health and welfare.
A 3-hour workshop with the aim of verifying the idea with relevant people in your intended target group In the service of designing the content of the workshop in consultation with the entrepreneur, the invitation that goes out in DigitalWell Arena's network and workshop management For whom: For you with an idea or problem formulation that you want investigate further.
A 3-hour workshop aimed at generating and prototyping ideas with relevant people in your intended target group. The service includes design of the workshop's content in consultation with the contractor, the invitation that goes out in DigitalWell Arena's network and workshop management. For whom: You who have an idea that has been verified by the target group in the form of an innovation forum, workshop "Exploring needs" or similar.
An hour to brainstorm ideas and questions with an expert connected to an area within the framework of the DigitalWell Arena. Expert hours are available in areas such as user-driven innovation, data security, patent and intellectual property law, data analysis and machine learning, open source, GDPR, funding application and digital business models. Who it's for: For ideas at all stages of development
A 2-hour workshop together with relevant people from the business (Region Värmland or Karlstad Municipality), as well as user group, to verify and get tips for further development. For whom: you who have an idea with the public sector as a possible customer, or who have other points of contact with the public sector.
Development of an interactive prototype that connects the design and functionality of your idea. For whom: For those who have an early visualization of an idea, as well as a draft of a lean canvas or equivalent.
Creative work to find insights and drive forward ideas, a concept visualization and digital presentation material. For whom: For those who have an early visualization of an idea, as well as a draft of a lean canvas or equivalent.
Review of an idea, product or service based on the KTH Innovation Readiness model, to give an overall picture of the maturity of the idea from different perspectives and to map out what the next steps are. For whom: You who have at least an early visualization of your idea. The service can be obtained several times by the same company, in different phases of development.
The service includes the drafting of agreements between founders and investors, a checklist containing a driving schedule for the upcoming new issue, as well as issue documents such as minutes of the general meeting, subscription list and more.
For whom: For companies facing their first share issue
Clearing and analysis of product or service based on usability, interoperability, laws and regulations and information security. For whom: You who have a beta version or later.
Development of service/product based on the needs of the entrepreneur or company. For whom: You who have a digital prototype or equivalent to start from. There needs to be clear potential for scalability and profitability and you need to have undergone at least one KTH Innovation Readiness Level assessment, or equivalent, with your product.
Further development of the beta version/finished product based on the needs of the entrepreneur or the company. For whom: You who have a beta version or finished product that you want to develop further. There needs to be clear potential, further development leads to increased scalability and/or profitability and you need to have undergone at least one KTH Innovation Readiness Level assessment or equivalent with your product.
