    Business and operational development

Within DigitalWell's Innovation Support, the KTH Innovation Readiness Level™ is used to visualize an innovation's degree of maturity. It is the basis for moving forward with innovation by clarifying in which areas there may be reason to focus on, both in the short and longer term. A common first step is therefore to jointly fill in a KTH Innovation Readiness Level™ to see which of Innovation Support's services are most beneficial based on your specific circumstances.

If you have an idea or solution and need to discuss business strategies, business models, path choices or target groups, there are several support services in the area of business and operational development. There is also the opportunity to get in touch with other entrepreneurs in our network to discuss collaboration opportunities, or to hand over an idea that someone else can take on.
